Smoke in the Pines BBQ Cook-Off

Hello Fellow BBQ Cooks!

On behalf of the Livingston – Polk County Chamber of Commerce, I would like to invite you to the 3rd Annual Smoke in the Pines BBQ Cook-Off to be held on June 24-25, 2021 at Joe Pedigo City Park in Livingston, Texas.

Thanks so much to all the cooks that attended in 2021.  All of you guys made our event a great success.  

Our total payout for 2022 will be $5,500 with an increase to $7,500 with 75+ teams. 

Cook spaces are 30’ X 35’ and include water and 30 amp power, limited 50 amp available for $35, get them while they last!

Entry fee is $200 and includes the IBCA events, ancillaries are $20 for each.  If you require extra room, you may purchase an additional 30’ X 35” space for $75.

We will also be holding the Kids' Q event.  Children between ages 5 – 17 are eligible to participate.  Entry fee will be $25 for each participant and will include a BBQ grill, charcoal, and pork chops.

We are also hosting the Smokin’ Hot Auto & Bike Show and are expecting a great turnout of some of East Texas’ finest classics, street rods, and custom bikes! 

Vendor booths vendors, who specialize in a variety of merchandise are welcome.
