Smoke in the Pines BBQ Cook Off results

The 6^th Annual State Championship Smoke in the Pines BBQ Cook-Off event kicked off on Friday evening, June 27th. 56 Cook Teams from all over Texas & Louisiana, some affiliated with IBCA (International Bar-B-Que Cookers Association) competed to win top brisket, pork spareribs, chicken, cook’s choice & beans for guaranteed payout of $5,500. We also had a cornhole tournament.

On Saturday, June 28^th the Kids’ Q started at 8:30 am with 18 kids split into Junior & Senior Categories. Smokin’ Hot Auto & Bike Show began at 9:00 am with registration and awards presented at 2 pm for top 10 plus Best Show, Best Paint, Best Motor, Chairman’s Trophy & People’s Choice.
